Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before shipping.
Returns
Underwear products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If the product is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
